Today on the blog we are are discussing some of the obstacles that come with having an outdoor elopement, like the stairs in this photo. 👵🏽 Consider the mobility of your guests when selecting your location. Perhaps not everyone would be able to make it up and down stairs, so this park spot may be out for you. 🤷🏽♀ Even elopements require some planning. Don't let anyone tell you green thumbs can't be made! 🌱👍🏽 Playing with florals is one of my favorite parts of weddings. And the fact that cut flowers were going to die anyway, through no fault of my own, made me feel better. 💐 But guess what, I HAVE A GREEN THUMB NOW. And if I can do it, so can you! It's all about getting the right plant for your space, not just plants you like. ☀🌤🌥 I didn't grow (pun intended) my green thumb over night. I cultivated it through education, research, and training at my old day job. 👩🏽🌾 Any other plant parents out there? What's your favorite plant you have?
Who loves being outside? 🙋🏽🙋🏻 We sure do! There is something so healing about the great outdoors. We hail from Sarasota, Florida, a beach town, but we certainly aren't picky about where we get in touch with nature. I'll take a walk around the neighborhood with the🐶, a hike on the outskirts of #atlanta or a Jeeping adventure in the #northgeorgiamountains ⛰. Really, anything to connect with nature.
