Idk how I feel about "date nights." When you don't have kids, isn't every time you go out with your partner to eat or watch a movie a date night? But it doesn't feel like a "date," it just feels like going out to eat or seeing a movie. So does it become a "date night" only when you have kids? 🤷🏽‍♀️ Back when I was dating, what made it feel like a date was the anticipation, the awkwardness, the curiosity of where this would "go." Dating was more like, "who pays?" "should I get a dog walker in case this runs...long?" while marriage is more like, "what do you want to eat?" "idk what do you fancy?" "I don't want anything in particular, can you please just pick?" 😂 Anyone else? Now that we are trying to have a baby, I know everything will change once we become parents. The anticipation and excitement will return. But now, instead of a dog walker, we'll need our babysitter to stay late for when our dinner inevitably runs long😉 What do you like to do with your partner for a date night? Or are you like me and don't really feel like you have date nights anymore?
This season give the gift of unconditional love with a super qt cat named Ru! Likes: being near you at all times, warm parts of the house, playing fetch with hair ties and new tampons, screened in patios. Dislikes: other cats, multiple dogs (will tolerate one), dry food. She's five, fixed, declawed, and all caught up on her shots. She'll travel for the right furever family.
